David Flores: RSM

A resourceful and determined leader, I bring the expertise of working with diverse teams and isolate an individuals strength to improve the dynamics of the team. Through years of leadership I’ve been able to direct and motivate teams, both in the military and civilian sector, to spearhead complex projects with successful and quantifiable results. My straight forward approach has made me very accessible to my team members by allowing them to come forth and ask any question, bring up any concerns, and have the ability to provide their own input in order to succeed at any task assigned to the team. I have over four years of active duty service with the U.S. Army assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. As an infantryman, I have accumulated over 27 months of experience working overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. This experience led to the development of my leadership abilities and the skills needed to adapt and overcome difficult situations as they present themselves. After serving on active duty I transitioned over to a military intelligence battalion with the California National Guard. As a Human Intelligence Collector I provided intelligence assessments on enemy operational capabilities and managed cross-functional teams. Furthermore, this position helped developed the capabilities to adjust to constant changes in the operational environments while analyzing the inflow of information.
